The following form is not required to attend in-person worship services at Grace Point. However, the form does allow us to adequately prepare for your arrival.
We are so excited that you are planning to join us for one of our Sunday morning worship services at Grace Point. We want to make this experience easy for you! By filling out the form and scheduling your visit, your host will be able to help you get settled in for worship without the typical "what's your email address" and "can you fill this out" questions. We would rather help you focus on worship.
When you arrive, please let one of the greeters know that you completed the "Plan Your Visit" form online. Your host will be available to you before and after the service for any questions you might have.
